A suburban restaurant that has been featured as an under-the-radar spot to go to for Chinese food has closed for at least the time being, and it is not known what might be happening with the space.
According to a source, The Wok in Wellesley is currently shuttered, with a post in The Swellesley Report saying that the Route 9 eatery has a sign out front saying it is closed for renovations. The article mentions that there may be a change of ownership and that it could reopen with changes that might include a sushi bar; as soon as we find out the exact status of The Wok, we will post an update here.
