A brewery on the South Shore is planning to expand to the other side of Boston, and the expansion could include a restaurant.
According to a source, Barrel House Z in Weymouth is going to be opening a new facility in Bedford that will be bigger than the original space, with this being confirmed in an earlier post from bedford-business.com where it was mentioned that a brewery and restaurant will open on the Middlesex Turnpike in a renovated building that is home to Orthopaedics Plus. If all goes well, the new location of Barrel House Z may be opening later this year.
Barrel House Z first opened on Woodrock Road in 2016, with the brewery itself opening up first, followed by its taproom. The brewery focuses on small-batch barrel-aged beer.
