Viet Citron Is Opening in Burlington

It looks like a new Vietnamese restaurant is on its way to the northern suburbs.

According to a message sent by The Passionate Foodie, Viet Citron is planning to open in Burlington, moving into a space next to Partners Urgent Care where the Middlesex Turnpike meets Adams Street. An earlier Daily Times Chronicle article confirms that the dining spot is indeed coming to that space, while an earlier post on the Facebook page for the restaurant mentioned that it could be opening this month, though no specific opening date has been given as of yet. (The Facebook page for Viet Citron also says that it will offer such items as banh mi, chicken pho, egg rolls, summer rolls, and mixed bowls.)

The address for this new Vietnamese restaurant in Burlington is: Viet Citron, 47 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, MA, 01803.

[March 9, 2020 update: A Twitter post from local restaurant critic and food/drinks feature writer MC Slim JB indicates that Viet Citron has soft-opened with a limited menu.]
