According to a source along with a site plan for the place, Woburn Village will become home to Shake Shack, the Broadway Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, Surf Seafood, and Cava, with the people behind the Broadway not yet known (there is a place with a similar name in South Boston), while an earlier New Hampshire Union Leader article mentions that Surf Seafood comes from the people behind Surf Restaurant in Portsmouth and Nashua, NH, though it is not known whether it will also ultimately be called Surf Restaurant. In addition to these dining spots, locations of Caffe Nero and Panera will open at Woburn Village as well, and a location of Qdoba is currently open at the site during construction.
Woburn Village will be an open-air mixed-use development that replaces the old Woburn Mall.
[April 26, 2021 update: According to a couple of sources, Shake Shack is now open at Woburn Village.]
