A Korean pop-up restaurant that said farewell to Somerville last fall is returning--and this time it will no longer be a pop-up.
According to an article from Eater Boston, Perillas is coming back to Bow Market in Union Square, moving into one of the permanent spaces in the complex. The eatery plans to serve bibimbap and bulgogi once again, and it will basically be a takeout spot where customers can take their food to go, eat in the courtyard, or bring it into various drinking spots within Bow Market.
Perillas left their pop-up space within the development in September, with Egyptian street-food pop-up Koshari Mama moving in.
The website for Perillas can be found at https://perillasfood.com/
[September 18 update: Eater Boston states that Perillas is now open in its permanent location, though with limited hours for now Wednesday through Saturday.]
