Even More Restaurants and Bars Are Reopening for Takeout/Delivery

As the tentative lifting of restaurant shutdowns/restrictions in the Boston area and elsewhere in Massachusetts gets closer, more and more dining and drinking spots are opening for takeout and/or delivery, perhaps in order to get partially up and running in preparation of the eventual lifting of the statewide order as the surge of the coronavirus in the region begins to drop.

According to several sources, including posters within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants and via Universal Hub, Estefani's Restaurant in Lynn, Tony's Clam Shop in Quincy, The Banshee in Dorchester, Tryst Restaurant in Arlington, 110 Grill in Braintree, Wayland, and Woburn, Twin Donuts in Allston, Brighton Cafe and Cafe Mirror in Brighton, Golden House and Green T in Roslindale, Lucy's American Tavern and The Bowery in Dorchester, Cityside Tavern in Brighton, Hull's Kitchen in Hull, PS Gourmet Coffee in South Boston, Roslindale, and Braintree, and Dom's Sausage in Malden have either reopened or are planning to do so this week. In all cases, it is best to visit their social media pages and/or websites to find out their exact reopening dates and hours.

It appears that other restaurants and bars may be getting ready to reopen as well, so stay tuned for more updates.

[May 7 update: Sources tell us that more places are opening up for takeout and/or delivery, including Bronwyn in Somerville, Totto Ramen in Allston, South Bay, and Somerville, and Santarpio's in East Boston and Peabody, all of which have already opened; North Street Grille in Boston's North End and Joe Sent Me in Cambridge, both of which open today; and B.C. Baking Co. in Hyde Park and China Blossom in North Andover, both of which open tomorrow.]
