A brewery and brewpub that opened last fall is getting ready to debut a new concept.
According to a source, Brato Brewhouse + Kitchen in Brighton is planning to open a microbakery and pantry, with a Facebook post from the North Beacon Street spot saying that the new concept will offer such items as breakfast sandwiches, baked beer grain sourdough bread, and other baked goods along with grocery items from local businesses including cheeses, sauces and dips, pickles, and more. The new business will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, though no specific opening date has been given as of yet.
Brato Brewhouse + Kitchen first opened in October of 2019, with the space including a restaurant/taproom area while offering such food options as house-made sausage and grilled cheese sandwiches as well as a variety of beers that are brewed in-house.
The address for Brato Brewhouse + Kitchen is 190 North Beacon Street, Brighton, MA, 02135. Its website is at https://www.bratobk.com/
