A new restaurant featuring sandwiches, grill items, and more has come to the southwest suburbs of Boston, moving into the space where a decades-old deli had been.
According to a source, Risers Grill and Tap is now open in Dedham, with the High Street eatery taking over the former Deli After Dark space in Dedham Square. An article from The Dedham Times mentions that the people behind the restaurant had been hoping to open it in March, but the COVID-19 pandemic was a factor in delaying the opening until it finally debuted a couple of weeks ago. The menu at Risers includes such items as chicken tenders, wings, hummus, flatbread, burgers, steak and turkey tips, club sandwiches, rice bowls, and more, while a children's menu is also available.
Deli After Dark had been in business for approximately 60 years, with the place coming under new ownership a few years ago and changing its name to The New Deli After Dark.
The address for Risers Grill and Tap is 545 High Street, Dedham, MA, 02026.
