According to an article from The Patriot Ledger, Sugoi Sushi is looking to open in South Braintree Square, moving into the space on Washington Street that had been home to Braintree House of Pizza before it moved to a larger space in the square. (It was also briefly home to an Asian spot called Belicious Cafe.) If the new eatery gets approval to open, it would be located just around the corner from Sake, a Japanese restaurant that also offers sushi and which has been in business for a bit less than 10 years.
