A brewery and pub in the heart of Boston is the latest dining/drinking spot to announce that it is going into hibernation.
According to a source, Democracy Brewing in Downtown Crossing is closing for the winter, with a message sent from the Temple Place spot saying that its last day in operation before going into hibernation is Saturday, November 21. Information from our source indicates that the business was able to work out a deal for reduced rent which allows them to shut down until things get better.
Democracy Brewing first opened in the summer of 2018, moving into the old Windsor Button building.
The address for Democracy Brewing is 35 Temple Place, Boston, MA, 02111. Its website can be found at https://www.democracybrewing.com/
