Update: Back Deck, Brewer's Tap & Table, Cambridge Brewing Company, French Quarter, La Catrina, ROOTED Cafe, Warehouse Bar & Grille Have All Reopened

The trend toward Boston-area restaurants closing for the time being continues to pick up steam, with a number of dining and drinking spots shutting down.

According to several sources, including posters within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Back Deck and French Quarter in Downtown Crossing, Brewer's Tap & Table in Waltham, Cambridge Brewing Company in Kendall Square, La Catrina in Brighton, ROOTED Cafe at the Armory in Somerville, and Warehouse Bar & Grille in the Financial District have all stated that they are shutting down for the time being, with social media posts indicating that all of these spots except for CBC (which shutters as of December 28) have already closed while most indicate that they will remain shuttered for much or all of the winter, though La Catrina hints that their closure may only be for a few weeks and that they are also selling frozen pre-made foods to go on Mondays for now.
