A brand new Indian restaurant is on its way to the western suburbs of Boston.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Bonfire Indian Grill will soon be opening in Waltham, moving into a space on Lexington Street just south of the Lexington border. The website for the dining spot indicates that it will focus at least in part on South Indian fare while being a fast casual place that will also offer catering.
Bonfire has apparently been in the works for quite awhile, as a Hungry Onion post shows a comment on it that dates all the way back to the summer of 2019.
