A new restaurant featuring dishes with Cajun and Asian influences will soon be coming to the North Shore.
According to a source, Ginger Cajun Seafood is getting ready to open in Salem, with an earlier licensing board meeting minutes page indicating that the Washington Street eatery will offer Cajun seafood and chicken dishes, and with "a bit of [an] Asian menu." A post within the Salem Food Digest Facebook page indicates that the restaurant hopes to open around the middle of this month.
The address for Ginger Cajun Seafood is 118 Washington Street, Salem, MA, 01970.
[October 1 update: A source tells us (via a North Shore Dining Facebook post) that Ginger Cajun Seafood is now open and that the place has an ownership connection to the Gourmet Garden restaurants along with Chi in Swampscott.]
