D'Guru in Boston's Financial District Has Closed

An Indian dining spot that was popular with office workers in downtown Boston has closed down.

According to multiple sources, D'Guru in the city's Financial District is no longer in operation, with the website for the business saying that the Devonshire Street eatery has indeed shut its doors. The site does say that its original location (Guru the Caterer on Broadway in Somerville's Teele Square area) remains open, and it continues to be at both the Copley Square Farmers Market and the Melrose Farmers Market.

D'Guru first opened in downtown Boston in the summer of 2010, offering such items as naan, pakoras, samosas, chicken tikka masala, lamb biryani, and more.

The address for the now-closed D'Guru was 187 Devonshire Street, Boston, MA, 02110. The website for the business can be found at https://www.guruthecaterer.com/
