A new takeout and delivery spot that offers Indian food has opened in the northwest suburbs, taking over the space where another Indian eatery had been.
According to a source, Arka Indian Cuisine is now open in East Lexington, moving into the former Bollywood Cafe space on Mass. Ave. near the Arlington line. The website for the new spot says that it is a "cloud kitchen," which is basically a ghost kitchen that focuses only on takeout/delivery, with its menu including such options as naan, samosas, pakoras, tomato soup, chicken tikka masala, masala fried fish, lamb chops, saag paneer, hakka noodles, and more.
