A new restaurant is planning to open in a brand new hotel in Somerville, and a well-known local name appears to be involved.
According to a tweet from @geoffjentry, Josephine is looking to open within Cambria Hotel on Somerville Avenue, with a licensing commission page within the city's website showing that the manager listed is Michael Scelfo (Alden & Harlow, Longfellow Bar, Waypoint). In addition, the parent company shown in the page is HK Food Group, which indicates that local restaurateur Brian Lesser might be behind the place as well, though this has not been confirmed as of yet, and very little additional information on the restaurant has been given, so keep checking back for updates.
The address for the proposed Josephine would be 515 Somerville Avenue, Somerville, MA, 02143.
