Bianco & Sons Sausage Closes Its Outlet at Hub Hall in Boston's North Station Area

A Medford-based meat manufacturer has closed its dining spot within a Boston food hall.

According to a source, Bianco & Sons Sausage is no longer in operation at Hub Hall by North Station, though its production facility and retail shop on Brainard Avenue in Medford remains in operation. Its Boston outlet first opened last September along with Hub Hall itself, which is home to approximately 15 food and drink spots.

In addition to its retail shop in Medford, products from Bianco & Sons Sausage can also be found in a number of supermarkets in the Greater Boston area and elsewhere in New England. The website for Bianco & Sons Sausage is at https://biancosausage.com/
