A chain of upscale steakhouses is planning to open a new Boston-area location, and this one would be taking over the space where a location of a chain of Asian restaurants currently resides.
Based on a tweet from @mikesacconetv and replies to the tweet, The Capital Grille is making plans to replace P. F. Chang's at Legacy Place in Dedham, with an advisory board meeting page within the town's website leading to Dropbox files showing a "Major remodel of the existing PF Changs [Restaurant] to convert to 'The Capital Grille.'" Currently, The Capital Grille has outlets locally in Boston, Burlington, and Chestnut Hill while P. F. Chang's has locations in Boston and Natick in addition to its Dedham location.
The address for the upcoming Capital Grille at Legacy Place (and P. F. Chang's) is 110 Elm Street, Dedham, MA, 02026.
[July 22 update: A message sent from @IrishEyesPhoto1 indicates that P. F. Chang's in Dedham is now closed, with the locations page on the chain's website confirming this.]
[August 8, 2023 update: A press release mentions that the new location of The Capital Grille is slated to open at Legacy Place on August 11.]
