A brand new Japanese restaurant has opened just off Route 93 a few miles north of Boston.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Matsuba Izakaya is now open in Medford, moving into a space on Riverside Avenue on the eastern edge of Medford Square. The website for the dining spot shows such options as sushi, yakitori, ramen, udon, teriyaki, katsu, mochi, and more.
