A group of Indian street food spots that focuses on egg-based dishes will be expanding to the Greater Boston area.
According to a source (Craig Foster), Egg Holic is planning to open in Burlington, opening in a space on Wall Street just south of where Routes 3 and 3A intersect Route 128. Based on the website for the Illinois-based group of eateries, expect to see such options as omelets with gravy, rice dishes, sandwiches, curry plates, paneer, chicken and rice, and more at the new outlet.In addition to the Burlington location, another one in Shrewsbury is being planned as well.
