A restaurant and bakery in the southwest suburbs of Boston has shut down, and a new spot is planning to take over the space.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, The Common Cafe & Patisserie in Norwood is now closed, with a sign in the window thanking everyone for their support and also saying that Between the Bunz is coming soon to the space. The bakery-cafe opened approximately 15 years ago, offering breakfast and lunch options along with pastries and baked goods.
Very little is known about the upcoming Between the Bunz at this point in time; as soon as we find out more, we will post an update here.
The address for the now-closed Common Cafe & Patisserie was 637 Washington Street, Norwood, MA, 02062.
