An Indian restaurant in MetroWest has been replaced by a new dining spot that features dishes with global influences.
According to a source, Pavilion is now open in Framingham, taking over the Silk Global Cuisine space on Edgell Road. The menu for the new restaurant shows dishes with a variety of international influences, including Greek, Korean, Indian, Chinese, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and more, with such options as hot and sour soup, samosas, falafel, Haitian squash soup, a lamb burger, lahmajoun, crispy fried tofu, lamb gyros, kimchi with jasmine rice, and more.
Silk Global Cuisine first opened in the spring of 2022, replacing a location of Volturno Pizza.
The address for Pavilion is 1 Edgell Road, Framingham, MA, 01701. Its website can be found at https://www.pavilionframingham.com/
