A brand new restaurant featuring Caribbean fare has debuted in the southern suburbs of Boston.
According to a Bluesky post from @jeremyk.bsky.social, Ambience Restaurant & Bar is now open in Canton, moving into the space on Washington Street that had been home to Takara before it moved to another space nearby. Jeremy mentions that the new eatery focuses on Haitian fusion cuisine while the website for the place shows such items as chicken dumpling soup, fried meatball sandwiches, basil chicken pasta, spaghetti with herring and hot dogs, oxtail with risotto, blackened salmon, fish and chips, grilled lamb chops, grilled quail, rice and beans, and fried plantain.
The address for Ambience Restaurant & Bar is 592 Washington Street, Canton, MA, 02021. Its website can be found at https://ambienceresto.com/
