Gianna's Kitchen to Open in the Former Minuteman Diner Space in Bedford

Last month, it was reported that a suburban diner was closing down, and now we have learned that a new restaurant will be moving into the space.

According to a source, Gianna's Kitchen is planning to open in Bedford, taking over the space on Great Road that had been home to Minuteman Diner until closing at the end of July. A Bedford Citizen article mentions that the upcoming place will be an "Italian steakhouse" that will be open for breakfast, lunch, and (eventually) dinner and that the owner is Edwin Alexanderian, who runs the adjacent Invisible Touch Body Shop along with the WilloughVale Inn and Cottages on Lake Willoughby in Westmore, VT. No opening date has been given for Gianna's Kitchen as of yet, with Alexanderian saying that it will debut "soon."

Minuteman Diner had been in the space since January of 2020.

The address for the upcoming Gianna's Kitchen is 363 Great Road, Bedford, MA, 01730.
