A food shop north of Boston that is under the same ownership as a popular BBQ spot next door has shuttered, and its exact status is currently unknown.
According to a Facebook post, Wyatt's Market in Byfield is closed, with the post--which comes from the Rusty Can--saying "@wyatts_market will closing until further notice. Starting today. September 9th." No reason was given for the closure, nor is it known if/when the market could reopen; as soon as we find out any additional information, we will post an update here.
Wyatt's Market is owned by the same person who runs the Rusty Can, with the shop having such options as pizza, hot sauces, sandwiches, beer, and ice cream, while the restaurant is known for its brisket, pulled pork, ribs, wings, macaroni and cheese, and more.
The address for Wyatt's Market is 6 Fruit Street, Byfield MA, 01922. Its Instagram page can be found at https://www.instagram.com/wyatts_market/
