Late last year, it was reported that a new restaurant focusing in part on BBQ would be coming to the western suburbs of Boston, and now we have learned that it is up and running.
According to a source, Maple & High is now open in Waltham, and as mentioned in an earlier article here, it has moved into the space on Moody Street where Da Vinci Ristorante had been, and before that, Charcoal Guido's. The people behind the new dining spot come from the long-closed Bison County on Moody Street and The Tack Room in Lincoln, and the menu includes such items as fried catfish bites, lamb skewers, smoked pork belly, wings, burgers, pulled pork melts, chicken pot pie, macaroni and cheese, Cajun salmon, grilled sirloin, and smoked short ribs.
