A Reminder About the Boston's Hidden Restaurants' Google+ Page

There has been a lot of talk about the future of social media over the past few weeks, in part because of the changes made to Facebook's algorithm (making many business pages on that site less visible) that have caused at least some to look more closely at other sites, including Google+. Our sister site--Boston's Hidden Restaurants--has had a Google+ page for awhile now, with that page featuring a mix of information on lesser-known restaurants as well as the news-based stories that you find here.

Boston.com's 2011 A-List Has Nominated Boston's Hidden Restaurants for Best Local Blogger

The Boston.com site has brought back the A-List for 2011, and our sister site has been nominated once again.

According to the 2011 A-List, Boston's Hidden Restaurants has been nominated for Best Local Blogger, joining more than 30 other nominees this year. In 2010, our sister site came in 7th place, with Server Not Servant winning the local blogger category.

The nominees can be found at the link below if you would like to vote for us or any of the others. Please note that it is easy to vote if you have a Facebook or Twitter account, as you can simply sign in using one or the other.

Voting began on May 23, with the final date for voting being July 15. The results will be released on July 22.
