Nebo in Boston's North End is Moving to Atlantic Wharf
The folks behind an upscale Italian restaurant in the North End are moving the eatery, with it going a short distance south along the waterfront.
The Boston Herald reports that the two sisters--Carla and Christine Pallotta--who own Nebo on North Washington Street are looking at Atlantic Wharf (just north of South Station) as the site of their restaurant. The article says that the waterfront location of Nebo will have a capacity of 104 in its dining room, along with a bar that has 57 seats and an outdoor patio with room for 77 more. The exact location is next to Trade, a restaurant that Jody Adams of Rialto in Cambridge opened last fall.
[September 25 update: The Boston Business Journal confirms that Nebo will indeed be opening at Atlantic Wharf, with an expected opening sometime in 2013.]
[March 21, 2013 update: Based on a picture added to the restaurant's Facebook page, it appears that Nebo's North End location will be closing at the end of business hours on Saturday, March 30 (they are having a "Last Supper" that night). The picture also indicates that the new location at Atlantic Wharf should be opening sometime this spring.]

[June 10, 2013 update: The Boston Globe mentions that Nebo is planning to open in late June.]
Nebo first opened in the North End in 2005, offering such dishes as grilled baby lamb skewers, skillet-roasted PEI mussels, zucchini lasagna, chicken limone, spaghettini with baby clams, ricotta gnocchi, and pizza. A gluten-free menu is also available.
The address for this upcoming restaurant at Atlantic Wharf is: Nebo, 520-530 Atlantic Avenue, Boston, MA, 02210. The website for Nebo can be found at http://neborestaurant.com/
