House in Everett (with Restaurant and Bar) Goes on the Market

Craigslist is known as a site where unusual things occasionally go up for sale, and this is certainly the case with a new Boston-area posting. So what's for sale? A house, but not just an ordinary house--this one also has a restaurant and a bar.

Grub Street Boston reports that a four-bedroom single-family home on 2nd Street is being sold on the Craigslist site for $700,000, with the property including what is currently Champinones restaurant and bar on the lower level. The listing states that the "trendy" dining spot is currently being rented out at $3,000 per month, making this "a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to live above [their] own business or for investment."

The property is located at 557 2nd Street, which is between Routes 99 and 16, just west of Everett Memorial Stadium.
