According to a Licensing Board page from the City of Boston website, Jacky An Xie of Blue Fuji in Medford Square is planning on opening a restaurant with the same name in the Beacon Hill section of Boston, with the Cambridge Street dining spot possibly having seating for 16 and hours from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. It is not yet known whether this is a move from Salem Street in Medford or a second location; as soon as we find out, we will post an update here.
Blue Fuji first opened in Medford in the spring of 2011, offering diners a mix of Chinese and Japanese fare.
