Bone Up Brewing Company Plans to Open in Everett

It looks like yet another brewery could be opening just north of Boston.

Eater Boston is reporting that Bone Up Brewing Company is planning to open in Everett, with the brewery focusing on "classic American pre-prohibition styles using Belgian techniques" including an IPA, an imperial stout, and a white fruit beer (their website also shows a porter, black lager, cream ale, and more). The article says that if all goes well, the Tileston Street brewery could open sometime in the summer of 2015.

[July 2 update: Bone Up Brewing Company appears to be one step closer to opening, as Eater Boston mentions that it now has a Massachusetts Brewers Permit.]

A few other breweries have opened north of Boston over the past few years, including Mystic Brewery in Chelsea and Night Shift Brewing and Idle Hands Craft Ales, both of which are in Everett. [Ed Note: Idle Hands is now in the process of finding a new home, as it has been displaced by construction for the upcoming casino.]
