by Marc Hurwitz

A company on the Boston waterfront that is known for its TV show, magazines, and cookbooks is getting ready to enter the food truck scene.

According to an article from Boston Magazine, America's Test Kitchen will debut a food truck outside of their facilities at the Innovation and Design Building on July 17, with the truck offering weekly-rotating dishes that come from "Cook's Illustrated" or Cook's Country" magazines or one of their cookbooks. The post says that most of the items will cost around $9.00 and that the first dish will be a Philadelphia Pork Sandwich that comes from the latest issue of "Cook's Country."

The ATK food truck will operate Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

The Innovation and Design Building can be found at 21 Drydock Avenue near the the Black Falcon cruise ship terminal. The website for America's Test Kitchen is at https://www.americastestkitchen.com/
