A slight change has come to the East Milton restaurant scene. A Lighter Fare, which was a breakfast place and lunch spot on the second floor of the Fruit Center Marketplace on Bassett Street, is now the Marketplace Cafe. The restaurant will be much like A Lighter Fare, but with some minor changes, including breakfast now being served all day and a few new items added to the menu. The Marketplace Cafe will also be accepting credit cards.
The Marketplace Cafe opened for business on April 2.
