Photos from 2009 Phantom Gourmet BBQ Beach Party, Suffolk Downs

Below are photos of some of the food items offered at the Phantom Gourmet BBQ Beach Party at Suffolk Downs in East Boston today. Of the dishes shown, the pulled pork nachos from Willingham's (Tennessee), the boneless rib sandwich from Johnson' Bar-B-Que (Virginia), and the brisket, white bean, cheese, and jalapeno pepper burrito from Jack's Down Home Barbecue (Pennsylvania) were probably the most impressive, but all five dishes that were tried were very satisfying.

Please note that the BBQ Beach Party will also be held on Saturday and Sunday (June 27 and June 28), with the hours being 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM each day. More information on the event can be found at http://bbq.phantomgourmet.com/SD/home.aspx
