Latest Review: Alice's Restaurant, Chester, VT
Boston's Hidden Restaurants took it to the road this week, reviewing a dining spot in Chester, Vermont, called Alice's Restaurant. Located along the town common in this quaint community near the eastern edge of the Green Mountain State, Alice's Restaurant is a truly charming spot that resides on the first floor of an old Victorian house. The restaurant has three dining areas, including an enclosed wraparound porch, and the menu mostly features traditional American fare at very cheap prices. As of the fall of 2009, Alice's is only open for breakfast and lunch, but they will eventually be offering dinner as well.
