Spice Thai Kitchen II Opens in Melrose

It looks like a Thai restaurant in Ipswich has just opened a second location, this one being closer to Boston. According to the restaurant's website, Spice Thai Kitchen II is now open in Melrose, apparently moving into the space where Coliseum Skateboard Superstore used to be. The new dining spot, which is located on Franklin Street (a few blocks west of Main Street and just north of the center of town), opened its doors on Saturday, April 3, and looks to be a restaurant that focuses on takeout and delivery. Spice Thai Kitchen II will also be doing catering, according to their site.

Based on the menu at the Ipswich location of Spice Thai Kitchen, the new restaurant may be offering a number of traditional Thai dishes in addition to more familiar Thai-American fare, and it may also be serving Japanese, Korean, and Chinese entrees as well.
