Brother's Crawfish Opens in Dorchester

A restaurant featuring a mix of Cajun, Creole, and Asian cuisines has opened in the Fields Corner section of Dorchester.

Brother's Crawfish, which is located on Adams Street, focuses mainly on Viet-Cajun fusion, including several crawfish options as well as a number of fried seafood dishes (calamari, Cajun shrimp, scallops, clam bellies, fish fillet). The menu also features spam and eggs on rice, steak tips, smoked sausage, kielbasa, and Cajun fries.

Options for the crawfish dishes at Brother's Crawfish include hot Cajun style with Louisiana spice, Cajun flavor with dipping sauce, and crawfish sauteed in butter, garlic, onions, and scallions. Crawfish prices are $9.95 per pound (the other dishes are all under $10).
