A popular online reservations website has just come out with its second annual Diners' Choice awards for 50 best American restaurants in the United States, and a steakhouse in the Back Bay of Boston has made the list.
According to MarketWatch, The Capital Grille on Newbury Street was picked as one of the 50 best American restaurants, based on what OpenTable's diners considered the best American dining spots around the country. The list of the 50 winning restaurants is the result of more than five million reviews for more than 11,000 restaurants throughout the U.S., according to MarketWatch.
Other restaurants in New England that made OpenTable's Best American list include The Schoolhouse at Cannondale in Wilton, CT; the White Barn Inn in Kennebunk Beach, ME; and Fore Street in Portland, ME.
