Results of Twitter Steak and Cheese Poll

Our latest Twitter poll has just been tallied, with this one centering around the best steak and cheese sandwich in the Boston area. Our previous polls have included an ice cream poll (Richardson's in Middleton won), a roast beef poll (Nick's Famous Roast Beef in Beverly), a chicken wing poll (Buff's Pub in Newton), a macaroni and cheese poll (Fat Cat in Quincy), a fried clam poll (JT Farnham's in Essex), an onion ring poll (Mr. Bartley's Burger Cottage in Cambridge), a hot dog poll (Spike's Junkyard Dogs), a pizza poll (Santarpio's in East Boston), a burger poll (Mr. Bartley's Burger Cottage), and a lobster roll poll (Neptune Oysters in the North End). The results of our Twitter steak and cheese poll are as follows:

1) Carl's, Waltham (18%)
2) T.C. Lando's, Acton, Clinton, Hudson, (14%)

A number of other restaurants and sub shops were picked in the Twitter steak and cheese poll, including Angelina's Pizzeria (Somerville), Big Daddy's (Brighton), Boyle's (Arlington), Cappy's II (Boston), Coolidge Corner Clubhouse (Brookline), D'Angelo (various locations), Deli-icious (Somerville), Dino's (North End), Flash's (Boston), The Four's (Boston, Norwell, Quincy), Fresco's Cafe and Grille (Cambridge), Moogy's Sandwich Shop (Brighton), Passports (Gloucester), Real Deal Deli(Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury), Super Sub (Beverly), and Victor's Deli (Somerville).
