According to the restaurant's website, Ariadne on Walnut Street is now C. Tsar's Mediterranean Bistro and Bar, and it remains under the same ownership as the previous spot. It appears that while the new eatery's menu reflects what was offered at Ariadne, it looks to focus more on Mediterranean cuisine now. Some of the dishes served at C. Tsar's include lentil soup, mussels in a white wine saffron broth, tagliatelle with littleneck clams, asparagus risotto, freshly made chicken sausage and ziti with broccoli rabe and white beans, grilled pork chops, moussaka, seafood paella, and pizza. Prices for entrees are between $10 and $20.
C. Tsar's Mediterranean Bistro and Bar is open for dinner only, with hours being 5:00PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays).
