According to a selectmen's meeting page from the Town of Brookline website, Cognac Bistro is planning to open on Harvard Street where b.good used to be until closing late last month. A job posting on the Craigslist site indicates that Cognac Bistro is going to be a French restaurant, and that it is looking to open sometime in the fall. It appears that the restaurant will also have a bar, with beer, wine, and liquor available.

b.good, which features burgers, other sandwiches, salads, and shakes, has several other restaurants in the Boston area (three in the Back Bay, plus Cambridge, Hingham, Dedham, and soon, downtown Boston), all of which remain open.
