Boston Could Be Seeing Many More Food Trucks in the Future

If two city councilors get their wish, Boston could eventually be seeing a lot more in the way of food trucks.

According to Boston.com, two members of the Boston City Council have proposed issuing licenses for up to 25 food trucks. The article states that the proposal, which will need to have the mayor's approval as well as approval by a majority of the council, stems from a trip to Los Angeles that was taken by the two councilors to learn about the booming food truck scene out there, including the studying of food truck laws in the region.
