A new Spanish and Latin American restaurant is going to be opening in the Union Square section of Somerville.
According to the restaurant's website, Casa B is planning to open this summer, bringing to the neighborood a place to get this tapas and pinchos. The menu at Casa B will have Colombian, Puerto Rican, Mexican, and Argentinian influences (among other counties in Central and South America), and the two owners come from Puerto Rico and Colombia, respectively.
Based on information from a YouTube video, Casa B will have two floors of dining, with the ground floor being a tapas lounge, and the basement area being a dining room where patrons can choose from a prix fixe menu.

[December 16 update: A bit more information on Casa B from Free Food Boston: The restaurant will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a late-night menu (until 1:00 AM) coming soon. Also, a Sunday brunch will be starting up in the spring of 2012.]
