A burger-based event that raises money for a good cause returns to Boston this month.
According to the Facebook page for the event, Burger Battle 2011 will be held once again at KO Prime on Tremont Street, with a number of area chefs participating in the competition. Like last year, the event will raise money for Autism Speaks, which is the country's largest autism science and advocacy organization. Competing in the Burger Battle will be chefs from Bambara, Blue Ginger, Bristol Lounge, The Butcher Shop, Charlie's Kitchen, Coppa/Toro, Craigie on Main, The Gallows, Garden at the Cellar, Island Creek Oyster Bar, KO Prime, Sel de la Terre, and Trina's Starlite Lounge.
