It looks like a cafe on Martha's Vineyard is going to be opening a second location in the heart of Boston.
According to their website, Espresso Love, which is located in Edgartown, is planning to open another spot on Broad Street in Boston's Financial District, with a possible opening date of May 2 in the works. Once it is open, the eatery will be serving breakfast and lunch daily with such items as egg sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and espresso for breakfast and soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and vegetarian items for lunch, along with cookies and other desserts. (It appears that their hours will be 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends, so folks will apparently be able to do light dinners there as well.) According to their Facebook page, Espresso Love will have seating for 40, along with free wi-fi.
[April 26 update: According to their Facebook page, the opening date for the new Espresso Love in Boston has been pushed back from their initial planned date of May 2; it now looks like a soft opening may take place on Sunday, May 8.]
[May 23 update: A note on their Facebook page indicates that Espresso Love is planning to open on Friday, May 27.]
The original Espresso Love first opened on Church Street in Edgartown back in 1992.
The address for this new cafe in Boston's Financial District is: Espresso Love, 33 Broad Street, Boston, MA, 02109. The website can be found at http://www.espressolove.com/
