It looks like a small batch coffee roaster in East Arlington is planning to open a new coffee bar in Cambridge.
Based on information from the Barismo blog and a poster on Chowhound, Barismo on Mass. Ave. is hoping to open a spot on Broadway called dwelltime (a short distance west of Inman Street, between Central Square and Inman Square), and while Barismo is behind the opening of this new coffee bar, it will apparently be separate from Barismo. (The Barismo blog mentions that more information will be coming in a couple of months.)
Barismo focuses on estate coffees and manual brewing techniques, with whole-bean coffee and equipment sold at their retail shop in East Arlington. Their coffee can also be found at a number of places in the Boston area, including Dave's Fresh Pasta in Somerville, Vicki Lee Boyajian in Belmont, Picco in Boston's South End, and Simon's Coffee Shop in Cambridge.
[April 2, 2012 update: According to their Twitter page, dwelltime will be opening its doors this coming Saturday (April 7).]
The address for Barismo in Arlington is 169 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA, 02474. And the address for the upcoming dwelltime will be 364 Broadway, Cambridge, MA, 02139.
