It looks like the folks who operate vegetarian food trucks (and a bricks-and-mortar restaurant) in Cambridge and Boston are going to be setting up a distribution center/office area and a cafe on the eastern edge of Inman Square in Cambridge.
According to several sources, including The Stevens Group and a poster on Chowhound, Clover Food Lab is planning to move into the space on Cambridge Street where Cafe Casal used to be. The Stevens Group website mentions that Clover is leasing more than 10,000 square feet of space, and that it will include "a commissary and distribution point for the Clover Food Trucks."
Currently, the Clover trucks can be found at MIT in Cambridge, City Hall Plaza in downtown Boston, near South Station along the Rose Kennedy Greenway, and at the SoWa Market in the South End. A Clover restaurant is also located in Cambridge's Harvard Square. (Hours for the trucks and the restaurant can be found at http://www.cloverfoodlab.com/?page_id=2248.)
[October 29 update: A note from tifosi.hooverdam.net indicates that the new Clover location on Cambridge Street (called the HUB) has soft-opened. The new spot has a limited menu for now and is currently cash only.]
The address for the new Clover Food Lab is 1075 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA, 02139.
