It looks like a veteran restaurateur is going to be opening a new spot south of Boston, and it will feature a South Shore staple.
According to the Braintree Patch, the longtime operator of The Clam Box in Quincy and other dining spots in the Boston area will be opening The Brew House in Braintree, moving into the space within the Granite Plaza where Omni Fitness Equipment used to be. The article mentions that the new restaurant will feature bar pizza--a popular item throughout cities and towns south of Boston--as well as beer, wine, and liquor. The Brew House will have a capacity of just under 80, according to the Patch, and it will apparently feature some entertainment (including fundraisers and open mic nights).
