Taste of Dorchester to Be Held on April 26, 2012

Later this week, a food event returns to a neighborhood of Boston once again.

According to the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance (MAHA) website, the 4th annual Taste of Dorchester will be held on Thursday, April 26 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the IBEW Local 103 on Freeport Street. The event will include food items from a number of local restaurants and food purveyors, including the Ashmont Grill, the Blarney Stone, Dot2Dot Cafe, Flat Black Coffee Company, Gerard's Restaurant, Irie Jamaican Style Restaurant, Pat's Pizza, Savin Scoop, Van Shabu and Bar, Venezia, and others.

Tickets to the 2012 Taste of Dorchester cost $35 ($20 for seniors and children), with all proceeds supporting MAHA's programs and the IBEW Local 103/Taste of Dorchester scholarship. For more information on this event, please go to the link below:
