Highlights for the Week Ending December 7, 2012

A few more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a food truck possibly going brick-and-mortar, a burger place opening in one of Boston's busiest areas, and a holiday party for a good cause returning to Cambridge.
